Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1) Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
2) Verify supplier invoices against corresponding delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO) to ensure accuracy in quantity, pricing, and item details.
3) Support communication with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
4) Accurately input verified invoice and DO details into the accounting system.
5) Record inventory movements into the inventory management system promptly.
6) Work closely with warehouse/workshop teams to confirm receipt of goods.
7) Assist in maintaining relationships with approved vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
8) Support periodic stock take activities and reconciliation processes.
Qualification:
1. Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics coordination is preferred. Fresh graduates in a related field are welcome to apply.
3. Good negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
4. PC literate – use of Microsoft (Word, Excel etc).
5. Knowledge in Autocount / EPR added advantage
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
