What You’ll Do

• Planning and coordinating corporate events and incentive programs that amaze our clients.
• Researching and booking the best venues, vendors, and suppliers.
• Crunching numbers to create event budgets (but don’t worry, you’ll still have fun).
• Keeping timelines and schedules on point like a pro.
• Organizing travel arrangements for event attendees—think seamless and stress-free.
• Building great relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Managing event logistics like registration, transport, and A/V setup.
• Troubleshooting issues on-site because you’re a problem-solving rockstar.
• Bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table to stay ahead of the game.
• Traveling to exciting destinations to execute events (passport required!).
