GENERAL CLERK

Office-based role, Monday to Friday (Bandar Bukit Raja)

Working days can be flexible, part time welcomed.
Looking for Fresh Graduated or someone with quality control background.

• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and physical).
• Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.
• To process incoming and outgoing goods records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
• Ensure documents and confidential information are handled securely and appropriately.
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents if required.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
