Job Description
Responsibilities
a)Manage the overall procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
b)Ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations from requisition to purchase order issuance
c)Coordinate inboard logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of materials
d)Align and coordinate with regulatory authorities such as Customs, CIDB, SIRIM, and other relevant bodies
e)Ensure all import/export documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements
f)Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays or logistics issues
g)Conduct inspections on procured goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
h)Verify delivered items against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages
** Mandarin speakers will be prioritized to facilitate communication with suppliers from China**
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
