Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting cookies, gift boxes, and other products.
• Promote products and recommend items to increase sales.
• Handle cashier duties, including cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
• Pack products neatly and prepare customer orders.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
• Support daily opening and closing operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts if required.
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic cashiering and computer skills preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team.
