Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction operations to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Organize and assign tasks among construction teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines
• Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, materials usage, and costs.
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Perform any other duties as required to support project success and completion.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in Construction industry
• 3 to 5 years of experience in steel works in Singapore preferred
• Candidates who possess Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) certificate have a strong advantage
• Meticulous, analytical and a good team player
