Unipati Concrete Hiring! Full Time Logistic Protege in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update daily logistic operation records and reports.
• Monitor truck movement, delivery schedule, and driver attendance.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, workshops, and site personnel regarding delivery arrangements.
• Handle documentation such as DO, PO, invoices, service reports, and transport-related documents.
• Prepare and monitor LOD claim, and cartage claim submission, including verification and supporting documents.
• Update diesel usage, maintenance records, and operational data in the system/excel.
• Assist in arranging truck repair, servicing, PUSPAKOM, and road tax matters.
• Ensure all operation documents are properly filed and submitted on time.
• Support the operation team in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding logistic issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
