About the job:

As we expand, we are looking for a Client Solutions Executive to build meaningful relationships with families, ensure smooth coordination with nannies, and drive the growth of our nanny service. This role combines client service, operations, and sales. You will be the key contact for families, ensuring every parent feels supported and every sitter is well coordinated. This role comes with attractive commission.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with clients to understand their childcare needs, educate them on our services, and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate with sitters/nannies on availability, arrange and confirm service arrangements
• Provide timely replacements when sitters/nannies are unavailable/unsuitable
• Follow up on feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Convert enquiries to confirmed bookings and drive sales
• Support operational and administrative tasks as needed to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and streamline processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Diploma/Degree
• Open to fresh graduates
• Mandarin speaking required, as nannies are mostly only mandarin speaking
• Prior experience in customer service, call centre, recruitment or HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with a growth mindset—takes initiative, seeks process improvements, and is always eager to learn
• Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities
• CEI certification will be a bonus
