Job Description

Responsibilities

HRIS Analyst (Contract} | Singapore)

We are currently working with a well-established, tech-led organization that is continuing to invest in its HR systems and regional capabilities. With a strong footprint across APAC, they are looking to strengthen their HR technology and data function to better support business growth.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Singapore, offering regional exposure and the chance to work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions.

This position will focus on supporting and enhancing the company’s HR systems and employee data processes. You’ll be involved in maintaining system performance, improving data quality, and helping drive ongoing HR transformation initiatives across the region.

It’s a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of HR systems and employee records
  • Monitor and uphold data quality, accuracy, and security standards
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR and business needs
  • Assist in system updates, testing activities, and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT on system-related matters and integrations
  • Act as a point of contact for system-related queries and issue resolution
  • Contribute to regional HR initiatives and digital transformation projects

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Around 3 years or more of relevant experience in HR systems, HR operations, or people analytics
  • Practical experience with HR platforms — DarwinBox experience is highly relevant, though those familiar with SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday or similar systems are also encouraged to apply
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or HR system enhancements
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with Excel; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau would be beneficial
  • Able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience supporting regional (APAC) operations is advantageous
  • Background in data centre, tech, engineering, or infrastructure sectors would be a plus

Additional information

  • Salary is flexible and will depend on your current package and experience
  • Opportunity to be part of a regional HR transformation journey
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking environment
