Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting Vehtec's products and services. The role entails market research, devising and implementing sales strategies, maintaining an updated database of clients, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams to align with customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop revenue growth strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills, including client engagement and account management
• Proven track record in sales and negotiation, with experience meeting targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with clients’ needs
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in the technology or telematics industry is a plus
