We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our aftersales operations and drive service excellence across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team
• Manage warranty, parts coordination and service processes
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of workshop operations and aftersales processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
