Beltium Construction Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor (Infrastructure Construction) in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for infrastructure works including roadworks, earthworks, drainage systems, bridges, and utilities.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials effectively to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards.
• Identify potential delays, technical issues, and risks; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.
• Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in line with design and specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation including site diaries, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on site.
• Participate in site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in supervising large-scale infrastructure works (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations (e.g., CIDB, JKR).
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle demanding project schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages
• Knowledge of project scheduling and progress tracking
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and documentation
• Experience in government or large infrastructure projects

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
