Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other supported communication channels.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support regarding products, services, and technical-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Pay: RM8,300.00 - RM8,800.00 per month
