Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Payment Processing

• Process cash, card, and online transaction entries accurately and timely.
• Perform payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and relevant departments to resolve variances.
• Support cash collection and banking processes across branches.

Sales Reconciliation & Reporting

• Prepare monthly sales reconciliations for cash, card, and online transactions.
• Monitor and maintain records of discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Unsettled VN Management

• Monitor daily unsettled VN transactions across all branches.
• Liaise with Branch Managers on follow-up actions and resolutions.
• Prepare weekly UVN reports and escalate non-compliance issues where necessary.

E-Invoice Administration

• Assist in submitting e-invoices, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN) through the MyTax Portal.
• Support consolidated e-invoice submissions for all Klinik As-Salam branches.

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare documents and reports required for audits.
• Respond to audit queries within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of finance records in accordance with SOPs and audit requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance finance operations and efficiency.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
