To lead the technical design, deployment, and validation of ICT and network infrastructure solutions, ensuring full alignment with project requirements and government ICT standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical implementation, including network, systems, and security integration.
• Lead the technical team in developing design documents, configuration plans, and test procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and technical officers for solution validation.
• Review all technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide escalation support and technical guidance to the Resident Engineer and Technical Assistants.
• Support the Project Manager in risk assessment, change management, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in ICT infrastructure, networking, or cloud implementation.
• Strong knowledge in LAN/WAN, firewall, routing, virtualization, and data center technologies.
• Certification such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
