Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing project briefs from proposal to execution. You'll work closely with internal teams (sourcing, design, marketing) to deliver value-driven solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (FMCG, telco, retail, etc.)
• Pitch creative gift & premium solutions to corporate clients
• Manage project flow: briefing, quotation, sampling, and delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sourcing, logistics)
• Maintain strong client relationships and hit monthly targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of B2B sales/client servicing experience (fresh grads with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
• Great communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Strong multitasker with a passion for branding and creative work
