REV Energy Hiring! Full Time Automation Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals/tender, engineering design and project execution related to automation products and systems, including actuators, valve positioners, limit switches, accessories selection and wellhead control panels. This role requires a strong engineering background, attention to detail and proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation of engineering drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and control system solutions.

•Perform engineering design and technical evaluation for product under Automation Department

•Review customer specifications, datasheets and project requirements.

•Develop engineering drawings, layouts and documentation using AutoCAD.

•Prepare technical datasheets, calculations and material take-offs.

•Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams during proposal and project execution stages.

•Support commissioning, troubleshooting and technical clarifications when required.

•Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and company procedures.

Requirement

•Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instrumentation, valve automation or process control systems.

•Experience with actuators, positioners, limit switches, valve accessories and Wellhead Control Panels is highly preferred.

•Proficient in AutoCAD for engineering drawings and documentation.

•Familiarity with oil & gas, petrochemical, power or process industries is an advantage.

•Strong technical proposal and documentation skills.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
