Construction Manager | Data Centre Projects

We're hiring on behalf of our client, a growing Data Centre solutions provider, for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of mission-critical projects.

If you have a strong background in construction project execution, stakeholder management, and site operations, this could be an excellent opportunity to be part of large-scale Data Centre developments.

What You'll Be Doin

g Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budge

t Develop and manage 2-week and 4-week rolling look-ahead schedule

s Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resource

s Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive timely resolution of project issue

s Manage project documentation, reporting, contract administration, and progress claim

s Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholder

s Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all project team

s Support tender activities and contribute to project planning initiative

s Mentor and guide site teams to achieve project objective
