Manager, Transformation Management Office

Position Summary

This position is responsible to lead digital transformation and strategic innovation initiatives that drive business improvement and operational efficiency. The role oversees the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals while maintaining rigorous governance and delivery standards. Additionally, it serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations and managing executive stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities Qualifications and Years of Experience

  • Transformation Strategy & Execution
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including process digitisation, workflow automation, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled business improvements
  • Drive innovation programs through design thinking, ideation workshops, innovation labs, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise digital and innovation opportunities aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to accelerate adoption of digital solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Establish innovation governance, measurement frameworks, and value realization mechanisms to ensure sustainable outcomes.
  • Program & Portfolio Management
  • Drive cross-functional integration programs and strategic projects from planning through execution.
  • Monitor project performance, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and schedule adherence to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Business Transformation Advisory
  • Partner with other Divisions to execute business priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expertise in transformation, process improvement, organizational change management, and implementation methodologies.
  • Governance & Delivery Assurance
  • Support and oversee project delivery across Business Units to ensure alignment with transformation objectives, timelines, and performance targets
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement across programs and initiatives
  • Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Lead consultation, engagement, and syndication with senior leadership and key stakeholders, including Board of Directors, Group Executive Chief Officers (GEXCO), Management, and Shareholders
  • Prepare strategic recommendations, progress updates, and decision papers to support executive decision-making
  • Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Information Technology/Computer Science or any relevant discipline
  • Design Thinking certifications from recognized institutions
  • Digital Transformation or Innovation Management certifications
  • Data Analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Science) are advantageous
  • 8-10 years of experience in the related field with relevant industry experience in transformation, digital transformation or innovation, strategy or business improvement

Areas of Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives delivering measurable business value
  • Experience in digitalisation, automation, customer experience improvement, and operating model transformation
  • Proven facilitation of innovation workshops, design sprints, value stream mapping, and business case development
