Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily printing operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure staff follow the printing process correctly (Pick → Run Machine → QC Inspection → Packing).
• Monitor product quality and maintain rejection rates below 0.5%.
• Ensure all orders are completed and delivered on time according to the production schedule.
• Supervise machine condition, cleanliness, safety, and ink stock availability.
• Plan and monitor weekly/monthly machine maintenance activities.
• Train and guide printing operators on machine operation and quality standards.
• Prepare production reports and implement continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Printing Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in printing, production, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing a production team is an advantage.
• Knowledge of printing processes, quality control, and machine maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key KPI:

• Rejection rate below 0.5%.
• On-time order completion and shipment.
• Machine maintenance compliance and minimal downtime.
• Compliance with quality and safety standards.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
