Guest Services

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.

Reservations & Administration

• Process room reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Verify guest information and registration details.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Prepare daily reports and documentation as required.

Cashiering

• Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately.
• Balance cash float and cashier reports at the end of each shift.
• Ensure all billing and folio transactions are correct.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Communicate important guest information during shift handovers.
• Assist with room assignments and room status updates.

Compliance

• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy.
• Comply with health, safety, and security requirements.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
