Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done according to plans
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractor, and material on site
- Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
- Assist in solving on-site problems and managing minor site issues
- Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and developer
REQUIREMENT
- Possess a minimum certificate or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of site supervision experience (building or infrastructure projects)
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to travel interstate Melaka and Seremban
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
