• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
