Your Job

Molex is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU). In this role, the successful candidate will be part of R&D engineering team, contributing to the development of the next generation of coherent and PAM4 optical transceivers. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of complex development programs to achieve desired performance objectives (e.g., cost and schedule). The Associate Program Manager is a key support role within the product development team, expected to assist in the coordination of activities across a large, multi-functional, and geographically dispersed team. This role works closely with program leadership to help track progress, maintain alignment among stakeholders, and support the execution of program plans.

What You Will Do

• Support program execution through material planning, inventory tracking, and production readiness activities
• Coordinate sample shipments and ensure timely completion of program deliverables
• Track BOM revisions, engineering changes, project action items, and key milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and documentation for gate reviews and NPI builds
• Facilitate communication across R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams
• Support program execution and other program management activities as needed

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years' experience in program management, project coordination, or related roles
• Experience in optical transceiver, consumer electronics or medical device industries
• Strong interest in managing technical development programs, with solid problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Familiarity with product development processes or product lifecycle management concepts is a plus

What Will Put You Ahead

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• More than 5 years' experience in optical transceiver industry
