Who are we looking for?
This is a customer-facing role working within the Project & Account Management Team. This team manages everything within their customer portfolio, ranging from process mapping and solutioning, platform configurations, deployment management, project coordination with our technical teams - to bring Customers' Digital Freight Management System to life!
We're not looking for someone who already knows all this. We're looking for someone who'll get it fast when we explain it — and who's already proven they learn things on their own (and fast).
