Role Description

This is a contract to hire role for a Human Resources Executive. The position is on-site and based in Cyberjaya. The primary responsibilities will include managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall HR management. The role involves working closely with teams across the organization to support and enhance workforce development and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong skills in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in addressing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or within a technology-focused industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
