Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to support international market development and business growth initiatives. The role involves managing distributor relationships, supporting product registrations and launches, analyzing market trends and sales performance, coordinating marketing activities, and providing customer and technical support across global markets. Ideal for individuals with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrive in a fast-paced international business environment.


Job Responsibilities:


  • To support the marketing and development activities with International customers in tender participation, product trial and registration of products and samples.
  • To execute for the achievement of brand objectives such as targets, market share and product mix
  • To constantly keep track of distributors marketing programs and provide relevant support.
  • To review sales performance and evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • To consistently monitor competitors’ activities and strategies and present findings to superior on monthly basis.
  • Work with brand and sales processing team members to ensure total integration of marketing plans and effective implementation.
  • To support coordination work on new products, launch and product improvements.
  • To prepare sales reports for each territory performance for review.
  • To provide sales training to distributors
  • Address technical enquiries and support


Qualification:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Business /International Business or any related field
  • Preferable specialize in Marketing or International Business Development.


Experience:


  • Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.


Other Personal Capabilities:


  • Ability to perform statistical analysis, interpret market data, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop rapport, influence, and negotiate with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively across all levels of management in a dynamic business environment
