Key Responsibilities

• Executing IQC and OQC on received units and materials to ensure strict quality standards are met prior to processing or shipment.
• Performing manual tray transfers, safely loading and unloading semiconductor units into production trays without causing physical or ESD damage.
• Preparing shipment travelers and necessary documentation for all outbound production items.
• Packing production shipments, ensuring that trays and items are securely packed, sealed, and boxed according to shipment and ESD specifications.
• Coordinating item handover to logistics providers and internal stakeholders, while tracking shipment status for on-time delivery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and asset tracking by verifying physical quantities against operational work orders.
• Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, and lab operational protocols at all times.

Requirements

• At least SPM/SKM/Diploma or relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work in shift-based scheduling.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail oriented.
