As we continue to grow, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations & Administration Executive.

Job Purpose

To support the smooth execution of sales operations by coordinating order processing, invoicing, customer service, logistics, warehouse communication, and administrative functions, ensuring efficient business operations and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, logistics providers, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Support customer inquiries, order tracking, and after-sales service requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and support credit control activities.
  • Verify and maintain accurate sales, customer, and operational records.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports as required by management.
  • Support walk-in customers and assist with showroom-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in company events, exhibitions, sales campaigns, and other operational activities when required.
  • Perform general office administration duties and provide support to management and other departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in sales administration, operations, customer service, or related roles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
