Job Summary:

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure. This role includes handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The Guest Services Agent acts as the hotel’s ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Handle check-in and check-out efficiently in accordance with hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Manage room assignments, key control, and guest accounts accurately.
• Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
• Follow all safety, security, and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in front office or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of customer service.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM33,600.00 per year
