Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor!

Are you an automotive enthusiast looking for a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and grow? Germar Premium Garage, a renowned automotive workshop specializing in continental brands in Petaling Jaya, Seksyen 51, is on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as Automotive Service Advisors.

Position : Automotive Service Advisor

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Technical diploma or certification in automotive.
• Open to all candidates with at least 2 years of experience from Service Centers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
• Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin in order to liaise with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assessing their automotive service needs.
• Providing accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintaining customer records and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline workflow and improve customer experience.

Salary Range:

• RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
