Production Technician- Nusajaya

Job description:

• To ensure safety procedures are followed at workplace.
• Ensure compliance of:
• FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000
• GMP: MS 1514
• HACCP: MS 1480
• QMS: ISO 9001
• Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements and also participation as needed in housekeeping/GMP tours/audits.
• Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping & cleanliness do not live up to standard in the factory.
• To operate the Process plants, Spray/integration plant and/or Packaging to meet process and product specifications incl. intermedia/FG tanks and/or raw material receiving area.
• Able to trouble shoot process problems the Process area, Spray/integration plants and/or Packaging line incl. intermedia tanks and/or raw material receiving area.
• To be able to carry out some or all activities through the plant from raw materials unloading to finished product.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in process
• Diploma In Science or in a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Able to work in a team
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing environment such as use of advance
• Computer aided manufacturing
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
