Job Summary
You will manage Capio’s vendor and channel partnerships to drive high-margin, solution-led business opportunities by building relationships, recruiting partners, and coordinating joint sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with distributors and principals to enhance partnership value
- Generate and capture vendor leads to support successful business opportunities
- Maximize partnership benefits by managing rebates, incentives, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Track deal registrations and renewals to maintain and grow revenue streams
- Manage partner portals, ensure partner certifications, and enforce compliance with program requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, demos, and events
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving vendor-related issues
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner network
- Drive co-selling and joint lead generation activities with channel partners to increase sales
- Monitor and address channel conflicts to ensure fair collaboration between partners and internal sales teams
- Proactively identify tender opportunities for Capio to lead or collaborate with partners
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in partner/channel development, vendor management, or business development in IT/tech; strong internship experience considered
- Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue and margins
- Familiarity with partner programs, deal registration, MDF claims, and portal management
- Experience working with distributors, principals, Systems Integrators (SIs), or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is advantageous
