• Conduct post-service follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitor, schedule, and coordinate daily service appointments and workshop throughput to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain service marketing initiatives to promote after-sales services and enhance customer retention.
• Prepare and maintain a list of required service department equipment, supplies, and repair needs, and review them with the superior as necessary.
• Submit daily operational reports to the superior through the designated WhatsApp group.
• Support Service Advisors in attending to customers and creating service job orders in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
