Job Summary
Billing and Accounting Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing billing for multiple accounts within a logistics (3PL) environment. This role involves close collaboration with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate invoice generation, timely submission, and effective monitoring of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). The position also includes administrative support tasks and coordination for purchase order (PO) creation related to vendor transactions. The role will report to Logistics Executive.
