Job Description

• Guiding and motivating team members, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and adhere to company policies
• Assisting with hiring, training, and performance evaluations, scheduling work hours, and addressing employee concerns
• Providing excellent service to customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with daily tasks, such as inventory management, budget monitoring, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Facilitating communication between team members and senior management, and collaborating with other departments
• Assist in developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fast learner and quick to adapt
• Easily trainable and adaptable
• Has a sharp understanding and a positive learning attitude
• Quick thinker with the ability to learn on the go
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset
• Proven experience in a similar role and in staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office).

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
