Position: HR & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle the full recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, and interview arrangements.
- Manage employee onboarding and maintain staff records and personal files.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR matters.
Administration
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing systems for company records and documents.
- Coordinate office supplies purchase and inventory control.
- Liaise with external parties such as government agencies, Client, and service providers.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and other administrative duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
