SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

• Location: Petaling District, Selangor
• Salary: Up to RM 10,000 (Basic Salary)
• Reporting To: Head of Department (Civil & infra)

The Company:

A reputable and well-established engineering consultancy firm providing comprehensive services in consulting, design, project management, and construction support for civil, infrastructure, township development, Data Centers and industrial facilities projects across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in designing infrastructure works such as earthworks, road, sewerage, drainage, and water reticulation works)
• Involved in Infrastructure master planning works for major township and mixed developments
• Responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs for roads, earthworks, drainage, sewerage, and water supply systems using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Produce engineering calculations, technical drawings, and as-built documentation in compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure design approvals and professionally address technical feedback and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with contractors and Inspectors of Works (IOW) during site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ), specifications, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and BIM personnel to achieve seamless project coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience in an engineering consultancy firm.

Required Skills:

• Familiar with infrastructure work designs - earthworks, water reticulation, sewerage, drainage and roads design.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in relevant software’s such as Civil 3D will be advantageous.
