We operate a structured, data-driven online gacha and e-commerce fulfillment business, serving a growing customer base across Malaysia and international markets. Our operations focus on precision, inventory integrity, and efficient order fulfilment at scale.

As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our operations team to support higher order volumes and improve execution standards across the business.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin & Logistics Executive to join our operations team.

This role is central to ensuring accuracy and efficiency across order processing, inventory control, and logistics coordination within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing order processing through Google Sheets and internal systems
• Coordinating daily packing and fulfilment operations
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock movement tracking
• Liaising with logistics partners for outbound shipments
• Supporting operational reporting and administrative workflows
• Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and fulfilment accuracy standards

This position requires discipline, structure, and a strong sense of operational accountability.

• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Ability to follow structured SOPs in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, responsible, and execution-focused mindset
• Must possess own transport
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in logistics, admin, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
• Interest in collectibles / TCG culture is a plus
