岗位职责

  • Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers in alignment with company strategy.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with preferred suppliers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including Purchase Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop raw materials and solutions based on project requirements.
  • Manage RFQ processes and sample arrangements at various project stages.
  • Negotiate commercial terms such as pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and lead times.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through CBD analysis and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure supplier performance meets project demands.
  • Conduct supplier audits, including onboarding assessments and annual strategic supplier evaluations.
  • Work closely with internal Engineering Department and Sales teams to support project development.
  • Continuously review the supplier base and collaborate with internal teams to enhance delivery, quality, and service levels.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors on time.

Experience / Skill Required

  • Essential skill(s): Knowledge on generic mechanics and mechanics process/technologies.
  • Experience in supplier development and cost optimization strategies.
  • Degree in Business / Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience, engineering background is preferred.
  • Ability to explore and adapt to new applications and supply chain solutions.
  • Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or technical sourcing environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.
