Responsible for leading overall production planning, material planning, inventory control, and customer order fulfillment for EMC, Converting, and Medical business operations. Ensure effective coordination between customers, production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to achieve delivery performance, inventory targets, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling activities for EMC, Converting & Medical products.

• Manage customer demand forecasts, order management, and delivery commitments.

• Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchasing/suppliers to avoid shortages.

• Optimize inventory levels while ensuring smooth production flow.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

• Support NPI and ramp-up planning for new projects/customers.

• Analyze capacity utilization and manpower planning.

• Drive planning improvement initiatives, KPI monitoring, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in Planning/Supply Chain within manufacturing environment.

• Experience in Medical Device, EMC, converting, or electronics manufacturing preferred.

• Strong knowledge in MRP/ERP systems and production planning.

• Familiar with ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
