Job Description: -
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and assist them through the sales process, while providing attentive and personalized service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Maintaining the presentation of merchandise product on shelves, ensuring they are arranged neatly, restocked in a timely manner, and visually appealing to customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, process customer payments using the point-of-sale system, and ensure that correct change is given, adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Deposit cash into the bank and manage cash exchange, including the handling and processing of cash notes to ensure accurate and secure financial transactions.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store and work areas, including merchandise product display areas, countertop, and equipment, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure that all documentation for staff members, including both local and foreign workers, is prepared and maintained at the outlet, with all required permits, certifications, and relevant paperwork up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Assist the manager with inventory management by conducting periodic stock counts, monitoring product levels, identifying items for restocking, and managing stationery stock levels, including placing orders to maintain adequate supplies.
- Actively participate in promotional opportunities and product demonstrations or special offers, to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities, and engage in upselling techniques to increase average transaction value.
- Responsible for scheduling employees working shift and managing staff performance and disciplinary issues.
- Support and collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals, and assist in training new hires on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Work Requirement: -
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a bakery or food-related environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and public holidays.

- Cover Oriental Kopi, Klang Valley and Selangor Area
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
