We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer to support our product team in bringing great ideas to life. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to help shape the direction of our products — from initial discovery through to delivery and iteration.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office.
Support product managers in defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Assist in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and synthesising insights to inform product decisions
Track and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation to keep teams aligned
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and manage follow-ups
Monitor product metrics and prepare clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends
Act as a communication bridge between technical and business teams
2–5 years of experience in a product, project, or operations role within a tech or product-driven environment
Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can distill complex ideas clearly
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
Comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel, Notion, Jira, or similar
A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment
Basic working knowledge of AI tools and technologies — including large language models, AI assistants, and productivity tools powered by AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) — and an awareness of how they can be applied in a product context
Experience with user research or customer-facing roles is a plus
Full-time position with stable, long-term career prospects
Competitive salary and benefits package
A clear growth path with mentorship and learning opportunities
A collaborative, inclusive team culture where your ideas are heard
The chance to make a real impact on products used by thousands of customers
