Requirement:

• Experience with 2-3 years of related working experiences in EMS manufacturing.
• Computer literate, such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14001 / IATF 16949 / RBA
• Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels.
• Candidate must have good judgment skills and creative planning ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• To follow up production running according to the schedule planned.
• To follow up material with store.
• Control and discipline leaders and operators.
• Manpower arrangement and allocation of production.
• To ensure machines running with good quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all lot closes according to the schedule.
• Arrange reject PCBA/ WIP for repairing / debugging.
• Update the daily production report and follow up the status.
• To ensure production housekeeping done.
• All others matters as required by superior.
• Support on NPI production.
• Ensure the control of production based on the planed condition 5M1E(man, machine, material, method, environment, measurement) to production conforming products;
• Promote competence and awareness of workers; conduct on-the-job training, retraining and evaluation for workers, motive workers to achieve the quality objective;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
