Job Description

• Assist in handling full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly accounts and basic financial reports
• Assist in SST and tax computation
• Support year-end closing and audit schedules preparation
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with clients for accounting information and documents
• Use accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount) for data entry and reporting
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an accounting firm is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Malaysian regulations
• Willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
