Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of internal HR functions. This role requires strong hands-on recruitment experience and the ability to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end internal HR operations
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Oversee onboarding process and conduct employee induction
  • Ensure employees are properly set up in HR systems and internal platforms
  • Coordinate internal training and development programs
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records
  • Support updates to HR policies and employee handbook
  • Handle performance management and employee relations matters

2. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
  • Support implementation of HR controls and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in internal HR function
  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and HR systems
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
