Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for DF Automation & Robotics products.
- Perform installation, wiring, setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the Engineering or R&D team when required.
- Assist in integrating automation systems into customers’ existing setups based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration, and servicing activities.
- Minimize system downtime by responding promptly to service calls.
- Prepare and submit service reports detailing issues, root causes, corrective actions, and recommendations.
- Support customers with basic operational guidance and ensure proper system usage.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Execute assigned technical tasks in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, safety standards, and industry developments in automation and robotics.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to completing assigned tasks on time.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
Job & Skill Requirements:
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in industrial automation, robot installation, maintenance, or related technical field.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Familiar with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting purposes.
- Basic understanding of robotics systems or automation equipment will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and practical approach to technical issues.
- Willing to travel and work on-site at customer locations when required.
- Possess own transportation.
- Physically fit and able to perform on-site installation and maintenance work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
