Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for DF Automation & Robotics products.
• Perform installation, wiring, setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the Engineering or R&D team when required.
• Assist in integrating automation systems into customers’ existing setups based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration, and servicing activities.
• Minimize system downtime by responding promptly to service calls.
• Prepare and submit service reports detailing issues, root causes, corrective actions, and recommendations.
• Support customers with basic operational guidance and ensure proper system usage.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Execute assigned technical tasks in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, safety standards, and industry developments in automation and robotics.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to completing assigned tasks on time.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Job & Skill Requirements:

• Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in industrial automation, robot installation, maintenance, or related technical field.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiar with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting purposes.
• Basic understanding of robotics systems or automation equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and practical approach to technical issues.
• Willing to travel and work on-site at customer locations when required.
• Possess own transportation.
• Physically fit and able to perform on-site installation and maintenance work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
