Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
  • Process monthly payroll using SQL Payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations, statutory deductions, allowances, overtime, and commissions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR and payroll system.
  • Administer attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules using Click Time Management System.
  • Handle foreign worker administration through FWCMS, including permit renewal, levy payments, quota applications, and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations and monitor foreign worker medical status and renewal schedules.
  • Manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDC.
  • Monitor employee probation periods and prepare confirmation assessments.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate screening.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, attendance, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, payroll reports, attendance reports, and other administrative documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • HR system experience is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
