Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Track employee attendance, leave, and probation periods.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and take meeting minutes when required.
Maintain filing systems and company documents.
Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for staff when necessary.
Support company events and administrative projects.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
