Key Responsibilities

• Support BD team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client communications
• Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline data
• Assist in onboarding new clients and handling documentation
• Work closely with operations & warehouse team to ensure smooth execution
• Track sales progress, deals status, and prepare reports
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates
• Support BD team in achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in sales support / BD support (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong communication & follow-up skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
